Magic planner

A role that thrives on adaptability, detail, and reactivity, the Magic Planner anticipates every need and ensures nothing is left to chance. They remember the small touches that pleased you and surprise you with them again at your next event. Their mission is to make everything possible… almost like magic!

Magic Planners work closely with the Host Couple who welcome guests to each seminar or reception. They also act as expert planners, knowing every detail of the venues and logistics. From the confirmation of an event until participants’ arrival, they are the client’s privileged contact.

Head chef

Passionate about flavor, the head chefs work hand in hand with the Host Couple to delight your guests’ taste buds. They lead the kitchen team with seasonal products carefully prepared in collaboration with NOMAD, Châteauform’s culinary laboratory.
