Seminar advisors are often the client’s first contact with Châteauform’. They guide and support each client toward the most relevant and inspiring experience for their project. With in-depth knowledge of event venues and their unique features, they suggest the perfect match — from city houses to castles, abbeys, prestigious event sites, Alpine chalets, and more — ensuring the right atmosphere for every professional gathering.

Magic planner

A role that thrives on adaptability, detail, and reactivity, the Magic Planner anticipates every need and ensures nothing is left to chance. They remember the small touches that pleased you and surprise you with them again at your next event. Their mission is to make everything possible… almost like magic!

Magic Planners work closely with the Host Couple who welcome guests to each seminar or reception. They also act as expert planners, knowing every detail of the venues and logistics. From the confirmation of an event until participants’ arrival, they are the client’s privileged contact.

Head chef

Passionate about flavor, the head chefs work hand in hand with the Host Couple to delight your guests’ taste buds. They lead the kitchen team with seasonal products carefully prepared in collaboration with NOMAD, Châteauform’s culinary laboratory.

Sous-chef

The right-hand of the head chef, the sous-chef works independently and co-manages the kitchen team. Together with chefs and commis, they bring passion to every recipe — whether it’s a buffet, seated dinner, cocktail reception, or tasting workshop.

Chef de partie

With deep knowledge of French and international cuisine, the chef de partie prepares dishes that reflect both flavor and creativity. They mentor commis and kitchen assistants, carefully select seasonal ingredients, and adapt recipes to dietary needs. Beyond cooking, they ensure food safety, service quality, and seamless delivery at table or cocktail events.

Commis chef

Always eager to learn, commis chefs thrive in preparing a variety of dishes under the guidance of their chef. Thanks to NOMAD catering, every detail matters — from breakfast to dinner, including coffee breaks and cocktail receptions — all made with care, creativity, and a homemade touch.

Kitchen porter

Kitchen porters keep the service running smoothly. They shine cutlery and dishes, manage kitchen equipment, and handle storage and deliveries. Their work behind the scenes ensures flawless service during every event.

Host couple

At the heart of every Châteauform’ venue is a Host Couple. They welcome participants, embody Châteauform’s humanist culture, and transmit it to their on-site teams. Often in career transition, they choose this role out of passion for hosting, teamwork, and guest comfort. Working in pairs with a trusted partner, they create a welcoming home-away-from-home.

Reception host/hostess

The reception is the first impression — and it’s all about warmth and generosity. Reception hosts are the right hand of the Host Couple, welcoming participants, partners, and visitors with a smile. Their mission is to make everyone feel at home from the moment they arrive.

Table host/hostess

Table hosts transform meals into memorable experiences. They stage the table, welcome guests, and ensure every dining moment is seamless. Attentive and creative, they remove every obstacle to enjoyment and guarantee a generous, satisfying atmosphere.

Night host

Night hosts stay awake to ensure comfort doesn’t stop when the day ends. They welcome late arrivals, oversee evening events, prepare meeting rooms for the next day, and work with venue managers to ensure everything runs smoothly through the night.

Housekeeper

The housekeepers — our “fairies of the house” — take meticulous care of every venue. From castles to townhouses, they ensure each room feels like home, with perfect attention to detail: crisp linens, flawlessly folded bathrobes, and small gourmet touches awaiting each guest.

Technical and general managers

These experts guarantee the technical side of your event runs seamlessly. They set up meeting rooms, manage lighting, sound systems, projectors, and screens, and ensure everything works perfectly. General managers also act as the main client contact on the day of the event, working closely with the Magic Planner to make every detail flawless.

Maintenance staff

Like “handyman fairies,” they repair, restore, and preserve Châteauform’s architectural treasures and furniture. They ensure safety, upkeep, and beauty across all our houses and castles.

Gardeners

From small vegetable gardens to vast parklands, gardeners maintain and enrich the green spaces around our venues. They plant, care for, and beautify the landscapes, often working closely with chefs to supply fresh produce for the kitchen.
